Physical Fitness

Join a local Mademoiselle!  I   have been working out for 45 days  and can’t wait to get back to the gym on tommorow.  My favorite class is Zumba, with Laura and Rumba Robics with Jennifer.  Don’t wait start today!  My next step is to record and document my food intake and make changes for optimal health and weight loss.  This tracking is done through www.sparkpeople.com
